Delivered and in daily use

The situation

Each morning, a member of staff at Chinnaseit Jewellery checked the day’s gold and silver rates, typed them into a poster and forwarded it to customers by hand. The routine consumed time every day, was skipped on busy mornings, and a single mistyped digit could turn into a pricing dispute at the counter.

What we built

  1. 1

    Website and brand presentation

A premium, mobile-responsive website presents the jewellery collections in the brand’s own look, with the daily gold and silver rates shown on the homepage. Pages cover collections, today’s rate, services, the brand story and contact, with one-tap WhatsApp and call buttons.

  2. 2

    Live rate capture

Gold and silver rates are collected automatically each morning, so nobody types a figure.

  3. 3

    Branded card generation

Rates are placed into the shop’s own design — its logo, colours and festival themes — with four card styles to choose from.

  4. 4

    Scheduled WhatsApp broadcast

The finished card is sent to the customer list at a fixed time every day.

  5. 5

    Owner control

A simple admin screen lets the owner adjust the published rate and select the card style.

  6. 6

    Accuracy by design

Every figure on the card is drawn by code from the rate held in the system. AI is used only for visual finish, so the published number always matches the recorded one.

What changes

  • A professional online presence that presents the collections and today’s rates in one place.
  • The shop reaches customers’ phones every morning without daily manual effort.
  • Cards are consistent, and the rate shown always matches the rate in the system.
  • Festival and special-day cards go out without needing a designer.

Why it matters. A shop that appears on customers’ phones every day stays front of mind when they start planning a purchase.

Measured results have not been published for this build yet. When they are, they will be added here.

Client feedback

We are extremely happy with the work done by Dreavis Technology for Chinnaseit Jewellery.

From the initial discussion to the final delivery, their team understood our requirements clearly and transformed our ideas into a professional and premium digital presence for our jewellery brand. The website design, overall user experience, mobile responsiveness, branding, and attention to detail were particularly impressive.

What we appreciated most was their willingness to understand the jewellery business rather than simply delivering a standard website. They were patient with our revisions, responsive to our feedback, and continuously worked towards improving the final result.

The integration of our daily gold and silver rate system, along with the modern visual presentation of our jewellery collections, has made our online presence much more professional and useful for our customers.

Their combination of technology, creativity, design thinking, and customer support really stood out throughout the project.

We sincerely appreciate the efforts of Dreavis Technology and would be happy to recommend them to businesses looking for a reliable team to build and strengthen their digital presence.

What does one repeated task cost you?

Enter your own numbers. The maths is shown below.

e.g. typing and forwarding a daily rate card

Six days a week = 6

Salary ÷ hours worked, your figure

6.5 hrs

Staff time per month

78 hrs

About 9.8 full working days a year

₹11,700

Salary cost of that time, per year

Formula: minutes × runs per week × 52 ÷ 60 = hours per year; × your hourly cost = yearly cost. This is only the time you already spend, using your inputs. It is not a promised saving: what a build actually removes is scoped with you first.

Example scenarios

Where the same approach applies

These are illustrative scenarios, not completed client engagements. They show how a recurring, manual workflow can be turned into a system — and they will be replaced by measured results as real projects complete.

02Example scenario
Chartered accountancy

Month-end document chasing, replaced by a workflow

Collecting invoices, bank statements and GST data from clients without one-by-one messaging.

The situation

Staff message each client individually for invoices, bank statements and GST data, then lose track of who has replied. Deadlines arrive with files still missing.

Proposed approach

  • Automated reminders. Clients receive WhatsApp reminders with a clear list of what is still pending.
  • Collection by reply. Clients send documents by replying in the chat; each file is filed under the right client and month.
  • Partner dashboard. One screen shows which clients are complete and which are still pending.

Intended outcome

  • Fewer follow-up calls.
  • Fewer last-minute surprises before filing dates.
  • Staff time returned to accounting work.

Why it matters. The firm presents more professionally to clients and can take on more of them without a matching increase in administrative work.

03Example scenario
Healthcare

Fewer missed appointments, a clearer day

Booking, reminders and payment follow-ups for a clinic, on a channel patients already use.

The situation

Reception writes bookings in a register. Patients forget, the doctor waits, and pending bills are chased by phone.

Proposed approach

  • WhatsApp booking. Patients book and receive confirmation on WhatsApp.
  • Reminders and follow-ups. Reminders go out before each visit, and payment follow-ups run automatically.
  • Daily schedule view. The doctor sees the day’s list at a glance.
  • One secure record system. Patient records sit in a single, secure hospital system.

Intended outcome

  • Fewer no-shows.
  • Shorter queues at the front desk.
  • A clear daily view for doctors and reception.

Why it matters. Every empty slot is lost income, so reducing no-shows has a direct commercial effect.

04Example scenario
Money lending

Every balance, in seconds

Replacing paper ledgers with a Tamil-language, phone-first loan record.

The situation

Loans, interest and repayments live in paper ledgers. Calculations are done by hand, and when a borrower disputes an amount, it comes down to memory.

Proposed approach

  • Tamil-language record keeping. An app records every loan, payment and due date in the language the lender works in.
  • Automatic interest. Interest is calculated by the system rather than by hand.
  • Payment reminders. Borrowers can be reminded before a payment falls due.
  • Phone-first. Everything works on a phone, with no desktop software required.

Intended outcome

  • No manual calculation errors.
  • Faster, better-timed collections.
  • A clean record to refer to if an amount is disputed.

Why it matters. The lender gets a professional, trustworthy record without having to learn English-language software.

05Example scenario
Dealer & distribution

Orders that stop getting lost in chats

A dealer storefront that turns scattered WhatsApp orders into structured ones.

The situation

Orders arrive as scattered WhatsApp messages and phone calls. Prices change without notice and quantities get mixed up.

Proposed approach

  • Dealer catalogue. Dealers browse products with prices and case-pack quantities, and add items to a cart.
  • Order confirmation on WhatsApp. The order is confirmed over WhatsApp, so it fits how dealers already communicate.
  • Single admin panel. The owner controls stock and discounts from one place.
  • Scheduled offers. Offers run between a set start and end date, without being announced one by one.

Intended outcome

  • Fewer order mistakes.
  • Faster billing.
  • No more announcing every offer individually.

Why it matters. Dealers can order faster, and the owner has a clear record of every order.

Our standard

What appears here has to earn its place.

No invented numbers

We don’t publish fabricated client logos, testimonials or growth percentages. Where a result has not been measured, we say so.

Deliverables over promises

Each entry states what was built and what changes as a result — the system, its scope and its purpose — rather than a claimed outcome.

Labelled for what it is

Every entry is marked either as a delivered build or as an example scenario. The two are never blurred.
